Prior to joining Ware-Pak in 1997, Keith served in several senior management positions with both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial companies. At Ware-Pak, Keith has applied previous experience in storage, transportation and retail marketing to oversee a complete conversion from a homegrown system to a new integrated, real-time, warehouse management system capable of meeting the complex and diverse needs of Ware-Pak clients. The transition included implementing the system, designing, writing and adopting standardized procedures, training of new and existing staff and finally overseeing a phased transition of existing clients to the new integrated system. Keith is also credited with instilling a new, entrepreneurial culture at Ware-Pak and fostering an environment dedicated to meeting ever-changing client needs.
